With the development of time, forming a new method becomes a must for students. The Outline of Basic Education Curriculum Reform has pointed out that,"To change the current education status characterized by excessive emphasis on reception learning, rote memorization, mechanical training is a must. To advocate students'active participation, willingness in investigation, diligence in taking action, and to cultivate students'ability in data collecting and processing, the ability to obtain new knowledge, the ability to analyze and solve problem, and the ability to communicate and cooperate are very important."The new learning method is to make the students grip the way of exploratory study besides the already-accustomed reception learning. To take different method in encouraging and helping students in their exploratory study and find out a new method suitable for them to obtain new knowledge and ability is also necessary.Learning through exploration is held in great honor under the circumstances of information technology to education of many countries, and has achieved remarkable results in many westerner countries. However, the study of Learning through exploration in our country lack thoroughly and systematically research, in particular, keeping with research process of the whole Learning through exploration as cases are few and far between. The article is to analysis and reconstructs the design of Learning through exploration under the circumstances of information technology as a whole in terms of theory, and mainly carry on the spirit of current elementary education new courses reform, combination with current conditions of information technology environment. Learning through exploration has greatly effect on teaching. How to choose the way suited for students themselves within the right direction in the process of the teaching, and improve the exploration ability of students, even research and development. Therefor, we make an action research by a case to look forward to test and correct theory by practice. We have done our utmost to develop Learning through exploration under the circumstances of information technology effectively in order to fumble for learning model of teaching methods efficiently and conveniently ,find out new learning methods and finally improve the students 'effective studying under the circumstances of information technology.From the individual case study of this thesis,come to a conclusion: first,there is not much difference on the traditional teaching method and independently explore the teaching methods in the theory of knowledge retention by students in information technology environment,second, it have a very significant difference between independent inquiry teaching method and traditional teaching methods designed to improve student skills in IT (information literacy) and IT skills (Computer Practicals) , and independently explore the teaching methods in teaching more bring the students interest in learning, motivation, ability to explore the changes, they changed the original instill law, made a number of ways for students to self-construction, so to be more flexible and diverse teaching methods.third, there are notable effect to improve student interest in learning, stimulate desire to explore a significant role by independent inquiry teaching methods.fourth, Information Technology course is a very practical course, it is more effective that students hands-on practice in person than listening to the teacherand the teachers demonstrate.At last ,the writer hopes to become their own case studies and peer further inquiry and reflection light, but also look forward to on the primary and secondary school teachers in information technology play a role of reference or inspiration.
