Investigation And Research On Situation Of Taekwondo In Shanghai

With China taekwondo players'outstanging performances in each international arena, as well as 2008 Olympic games held in Beijing. More and more public sports fans know and love it.Social Taekwondo has become a social sports popular events. At prent,more and more chines people take part in Taekwondo. China's domestic large and small Taekwondo gyms and clubs are countless. However, with the emergence of various Taekwondo gyms, training venues sizes ,equipment and other technical envionment ,humanistic and cultural environment and social environment is not optimistic. The investagation of Taekwondo training center in Shanghai carried out through literature review method and survey questionnair .Through analizing development countermeasures to promote Social Taekwondo is more humane, healthy, scientigic and popular, for the district Taekwondo Project Management Center policy to provide reference, for the operation and management of Sociai Taekwondo provide htheoretical and practical basis , to promote further universality and sustainable development of Sociao Taekwondo. Throgh the field study of being registered by some of Shanghai gym of Taekwondo training 70 managers and 84 Taekwondo coaches and consultancy, and survey of 150 practioners. Through analysis of the current situation of Shanghai Social Taekwondo gym and existing problems, and finally make relevent suggestions and countermeasuress. The main conclusions are as follows.0ne taekwondo is registered in shanghai with the business philosophy of human nature, market-oriented, customer focused quality service for the purpose of teaching and training to carry the times.Two, taekwondo is not reasonable layout of shanghai, site conditions, limited facilities need to expand to meet the needs of the approved uniform.Three taekwondo own its mode of operation of shanghai main chain, and make good use of training resources, and work well each other.Four young people are the base of taekwondo training, the number of social workers is small, the main purpose of participation is to strengthen courage and relax themselves.Five taekwondo coaches have low teaching experience, and the sense of innovation is not strong enough.This case fives relevant recommendations in this study: expand channels of training fund, taekwondo training facilities, the sharing of resources, reasoning lending, and club network need to carry out .at the same time, inducing advanced management and improving the level of operation, raising the level of coach guidance and so on .
