Shanghai Tae Kwon Do Club Management Present Situation Investigation And Strategy Research

Along with Chinese sportsmen’s excellent representation in the international kick-boxing field, social Tae Kwon Do club has become a hot item. At present, the population of T-K-D in China is over150million; the amount of social T-K-D club is over2000. But their grounds, equipments, etc are not optimistic.After literature retrieval of sports academic periodical net and consulting hundreds of academic periodical we discover that most of the literatures are studying the selection of T-K-D, injuries and biochemistry target, etc. But few of them make research on the current status and developing policies of social Tae Kwon Do club.After inspection and understanding the developing status of social Tae Kwon Do club, on the basis of analysis we proposed developing policies, aiming at promoting the social Tae Kwon Do homer humanistic, healthy, scientific, providing references for the managing center to establish policies, providing theoretical and practical evidence to their management and administration, in order to advance further prevalence and sustainable development of social Tae Kwon Do club.Using survey procedure to on-the-spot investigation and consultation towards13Tae Kwon Do club in Shanghai City, stochastically extracts15operators,36coaches and450exercisers to be questionnaire survey objects.Investigation result demonstrates:Tae Kwon Do club are chain stores; the coaches’age and school record level are somewhat low, sex structure are unreasonable; their fields and equipments can not reach the standards;T-K-D practicers are mostly callan;their aims are mainly amusement and promoting physical quality.On the basis of general analysis of the problems existed in T-K-D club in Shanghai City, putting forward developing counter measures, suggesting that we should have necessary measures to promote the coaches’ professional quality and school record level; increasing supervising and managing dynamics, establishing the perfect correlation the rules and regulations;multi-channel collecting the capital to improve Tae Kwon Do club hardware facilities; improving the club humanistic environment. Stipulating strictly the charging standards; strengthening connotation education of Tae Kwon Do culture, to insure the social Tae Kwon Do developing orderly and healthily.
