The Research And Training On Innovation Ability Of Primary And Secondary School Teachers In The Information Age

With the advent of the information age, it means more profound connotation for the innovation ability of primary and secondary school teachers. In the paper teachers innovation ability is divided into three dimensions:creative personality, creative thinking, creative skills. By combining the Internet survey and face-to-face communication innovation ability, we know the reality of the current investigation of teachers innovation ability.The research shows that the current level of primary and secondary school teachers innovation ability is still in stage of development. some questions such as creative personality is still immature, creative thinking is not enough active, creative skills should be further enhanced still existed, For the problems, the author accesses a large number of documents and talk with some experts and teachers, then give some suggestions from three perspectives contained the government, school, the teachers themselves .Originally, the thesis attaches importance to theory , practicality . the case of an outstanding physical teacher called Jiuke Ma in Shanghai Qibao high middle school from teaching, scientific research and class management demonstrates how to be a teacher of high innovation ability.In this paper, we use the Delphi method, case study method, interview method and so on. The case of teacher Ma reveals that how to be a teacher with the innovation ability. They should train their own personality, thinking and skills. It is the innovation point of this paper. Designing and consummating the Evaluation of the innovation ability is an item of systematic and complicated work, which points out the research way in future.
