There are many factors aspect student development. Evaluation of students in the school has a great impact on student development. In our country student evaluation based on the examinations directly affected the development of students.There are some key issues in student evaluation:The student evaluation in our country is examination. The examination is the tools to evaluate that can not be replaced.The examination is premise and basis evaluation criteria of student evaluation.The student evaluation lost a real student evaluation purposes, the same evaluation criteria to evaluate a single subject.And the tests deviate from the school-based student evaluation of educational practice daily.And the tests become a leading center of education and teaching, which is only part of the examination reflects the situation of students in school.In order to achieve better test scores , the classroom teaching generated new issues: such as narrowing and simplifying teaching contents and teaching are also constrained by the diversity of students weaken intrinsic motivation, students no personality and personality development.The student evaluation based on examination directly impact on development of students. Mainly in: Students have a "passive" state of existence,they have no motivation for active learning and active exploration enthusiasm, they simply want to remember the lessons the teacher knowledge or skills and procedures to achieve good results in examinations. This standard is the outside reference standard in the circumstances, only limited growth of students.There are deep reasons for the student evaluation based on examination will mainly affect students development: First, the concept of rational evaluation tools to enable students evaluation transplant emphasis of the instrumental value, while ignoring the main value; Secondly, the evaluation system of thinking entity default, Evaluation has the potential to become an idealized and unrealistic standards may limit the development of students; "executive-led" evaluation system evolution subject to the rights of student evaluation, management, control, selection of extrinsic functions, promote the development of the students which is the real purpose was diluted; "To Examination," the evaluation of the impact of cultural heritage is also a great evaluation, due to the influence of traditional culture, all evaluation results are valued, so the pursuit of results has become a purpose. The suggestion about student evaluation is proposed that: First, reconstruct the values of students evaluation and correctly understand people, respect for human values, give full play to the role of the student evaluation; Second, changes administrative structure, administrative agencies should evaluate the students better provision of services but rather the development of management and selection. The students should have some right to choose, so that individual initiative can really play; Third,to explore various forms of student evaluation methods.Make use of development student evaluation and authenticity student evaluation .Student evaluation is not in contradiction with the improvement of students. The direction of the evaluation is very important for evaluating .The ultimate goal of the evaluation is the development of students. So the evaluation should be comprehensive.The ethics,intellectual, physical,and aesthetic will fully develop.It can enable students to become a full human dignity.
