Value-added Evaluation of students is one of the common type of educationalevaluation, belongs to the scope of student’s evaluation. The traditional studentsevaluation used to assess students with their exam results, and the evaluation results wasa basis for screening students. Facts have proved that this kind of the evaluation isone-sided. While, value-added evaluation of students concerns about the student’sbasical level, and its focus is put on the developing process of students’ academic level.So, value-added evaluation of students is an important complement to the students’evaluation system.This study on the basis of empirical research on the implementationof Guiyang A school student appreciation evaluation of the situation.Beside theintroduction of this paper has three main parts:The first chapter: Theoretical studies student value-added assessment. Mainly forstudents to explore the theory of value-added assessment, but also from the impact ofthe main value-added student assessment, implementation, evaluation of the content ofthe three aspects of the in-depth analysis. And to provide the theoretical basis andresearch dimension is the third part of the interview and questionnaire.The second chapter: An Empirical Study of A schools to implement value-addedstudent assessment. Using interview methods and questionnaire surveys of teachers andschools in-depth analysis of the implementation of the student body A value-addedassessment, the evaluation process, evaluation of the content of three existing problemsand their causes.The third chapter: A school student appreciation of the implementation ofrecommendations of the evaluation. The third part of students’ appreciation for theevaluation of the evaluation problems from the evaluation, the evaluation process, theevaluation of the effective implementation of the contents of the three levels ofvalue-added student assessment put forward corresponding countermeasures.
