Guanzi is a very important material in Spring and Autumn and Warring States period, which is also a very important book to research the Qi's culture. This article describes the educational thoughts in the book mainly from three aspects. There are three chapters in this paper.Chapter one, which mainly introduces the educational attitude through educational values, moral values, student and teacher values.Chapter two, which explains the educational thoughts of Guanzi, and which including Vocational education, moral education, and school education. As we know, the educational concept that Vocational education and family education should combine together, the educational conclusion that education must has economic base, the important moral educational methods that doing the things should begin with the little, the educational content of emphasizing self-morality Cultivating, and the first Student Code in ancient China. Which do make contributions to Chinese education.Chapter three,which summaries the educational characteristics, origins and the values of the Guanzi's educational thoughts, Which is mainly from the educational practice in Spring and Autumn and Warring States period and the educational experience of a special school -"ji xia xue gong" in Qi. Under the unique cultural characteristics of Qi, Guanzi's educational thoughts with the character of practical, creativity, utility, open and "training people ".Although the educational thoughts of Guanzi with strong class nature of that society, the research of Guanzi is not only helpful to understand the educational thoughts of the Spring and Autumn Period, the formation and characteristic of educational thoughts in ancient China, also make us more comprehensive understanding the culture of Qi.
