Since the new century, the new Mathematics Curriculum Standard for High School and the new Mathematics textbooks promote inquiry-teaching actively,increase more space for inquiry-teaching in mathematics.Training the exploring-ability and practical ability is the first thing. inquiry-teaching's core is to train students'innovative ability,so in order to deepen the quality education and increase the students'accomplishment of mathematics, inquiry-teaching is necessary.In recent years, we have lots of fruit in inquiry-teaching, but there exist the question that the theory is out of touch with the practice. Many teachers know the importance of the inquiry-teaching, but becourse inquiry-teaching has high requirement of the teachers and students in particular, so the implementation of inquiry-teaching is very hard,many teachers still use the traditional teaching methodologies.The implementation of inquiry-teaching isn't overnight,the teachers must have the faith,and transite from traditional teaching slowly.The paper use the literature review method and case analysis method.The focos of this paper is to explore how to develop the design of inquiry-teaching in hignschool,including setting goals,choosing contents,analyzing students, processing steps and detecting the results,try to create a possible way of inquiry-learning. In addition,the paper analyse the teaching design of the concepts,the theorems and the exersice in the form of case.The key of inquiry-teaching is to reflect the students'dominant position in mathematics teaching and to make the teaching process be the conscious,open,exploring learning activities. Via to these exploring activities such as active exploring,hands-on operation,expression and communication,we can get knowledge,skiils and learning attitude,urge students'development of healthy personality. The paper integrate with the principles of inquiry-learning,proposes the steps of how to design each content in mathematics,so stimulate the implementation of inquiry-teaching.Inquiry-teaching in the class has the features such as problematic and exploring,the teachers should create learning situation for students,provide materials for solving problems, let students discover the knowledge and solve problems independently.The aim of inquiry-teaching is to let the learners grasp the knowledge,think mathematically and use the methods of mathematics flexibilly,increase the students'accomplishment of mathematics, grasp the scientific skills and form the scientific attitude.
