Modern educational technology is the breakthrough of the development of education information-based and education reform, now educational technology plays a more and more important role in the development of the quality education, information literacy, training of creative talent and education modern. The implementation of remote education project in the primary and secondary schools,provides hardware and environmental support for the development of primary and secondary schools teachers' education and technical capability,promote information technology and curriculum integration, improve teaching methods, heighten the quality of education and teaching efficiency,and actively responds to calls of pushing quality education and education information-based which is proposed by our country.But,with the help of remote educational project,how's development of the teachers'educational technology,and what factors influence its development?This has been the focus with which many educational managers and researchers are concerned.According to the(the following is short for), by observing and interviewing, I collect information and interpret the growth process of the education and technical capability of a junior high school chinese teacher.I try to explore the path and track of his growth,analyze the factors influenced the growth of education and technical capability,summarize and reflect the stages of the change and growth,also,it will provide a reference and guidance for other teachers'development of education and technical capability.
