Affected by the financial crisis and graduates pressure, it results employment is difficult. What is the reason? We start from the eyducational technology to research the ability of educational technology which students should have, we call it Education Technology Capacity. This study attempts to construct a reasonable evaluation system, and summarizes the typical model of Education Technology Capacity. Based on the typical model of Educational Technology Capacity, we are trying to build the evaluation system, so that we can do the personal/group automatic evaluation, which can support the teaching of specialized course.Build the model of the Education Technology Capacity. After extensive literature review, education, we establish the initial model of Education Technology Capacity. Based on that, we have produced a reasonable questionnaire and established operational variables by factor analysis. After that, we have the final model of Education Technology Capacity and built the link between variables and capacities. From the results of factor analysis, weight of the six sub-capacitites have changed, so we modify the initial educational technology model.The revised model of Educational Technology Capacity includes six sub-capacitites, which are the applications and evaluation of media, instructional system design, the use, maintenance and management of modern teaching system, the design and development of media, studying and application of the modern educational technology, and the lasting update and improve the capacity of knowledge structure.Conclude the typical models of Educational Technology Capacity. According to the RadarChart of all students, it can be divided into comprehensive type, stable type and special type.The comprehensive type gets the balanced scores in all the six sub-capacitites. The stable type has better scores in most of the sub-capacitites, while only one or two capacities are weak. It can be subdivided into research capacitydeficiency, practical skills deficiency, learning capacity deficiency. Special type is the one who is exellent in one capability. They can be divided into research, practice, designing and media talents.Construct the assessment system of Education Technology Capacity. Based on the theoretical and quantitative analysis, we have formed the theoretical foundation for building the platform, and provided measurement indicators and the categorized capacity model.Now we can realize user management, subject management, index management, generate reports, and user test. At the end is the example of a student evaluation. We have analyzed the ability of the students, the existing problems, and detailed analysis of the specific reasons for the problem.Hope to provide support for policy-makers, teacher and students. To provide students with the tools of self-awareness, raise the teaching level of educational technology, and train high-quality personnel.
