Research On Policy's Evolution And Its Value Orientation Of Staff Education In China

Since the founding of New China, our staff education has become an important part of lifelong education system after 60 years of development, the economic value and social function of employee education continuously improve, it has an important role in promoting our social and economic development. The vigorous development of staff education in large part due to strong government policy support.The staff education policy in china is selected as the research object in this paper, in-depth analysis of the social background of staff education policy in different stages,and the development of staff education under the policy direction,research on the changes of staff education policies, combined social background characteristics with describing the advantages and disadvantages staff education policy in different stages, On this basis, summarize the value evolution law of staff education, then analyze proper value purist of staff education. It is an important reference to the development and refinement of staff education policy, also to the exploration of staff educational theory and practice in current stage. This papers is divided into four parts: The first part is an introduction; The second part focuses on introducing the content and characteristics of staff education policy in different stages combined with social background; The third part analysis the value orientation adhering to staff education policy in different stages from the perspective of value analysis;The fourth part through analysising the history of staff education value evolution, and combined with the today's social reality,propose due value pursuit of staff education policy.From text carding, staff education policies in different periods mainly embodied general task and general principle of country during this period, with strong brand of the times. The value orientation in different evolution stages of staff education policies is not the same, this article is mainly from the social background, in-depth analysis the value orientation behind hidden in the staff education policies. The historical development of the policies reflect continuous evolution of Decision-making body's value orientation。Through value analysis of staff education policies in different stages, thus proposed the understanding of essence and properties of staff education, the value and value pursuit of staff education.From value analysis, we have some insight:With the transfer of center of China's socialist construction, the value orientation of staff education policies gradually shifted from political value under Social standard to economic value of Social standard Orientation and individual value under individual standard Orientation.Through analysising the value orientation evolution of policies, the value orientation of modern staff education policies should be diversity, which is unity of social-based and individual-based, political values and economic values, survival and development. It will highlights economic value under the social standard and individual development under individual values.
