| Shooting has always been one of the advantaged sports in China. As we all know, athletes of China have took the leading position in the international campaign, however, there will become some threats for china's achievements with the appearance of some high level shooting athletes from the United States, Sweden, the Czech Republic and other countries. Research and summarize the good shooting athletes' rationality and inadequate of their technology, if the training method could be changed timely there will be more and more good players in China. The aim is a quite important process in shooting events. Stability of the aim, whether the players aim well or not, will decide the shooting quality and results. In this study, shooting athletes'technical stability of the aim will be researched and evaluated comprehensively by doing questionnaire surveys for many best shooting coaches in China and having the laser test for some good shooting players with Finland NOPTEL ST 2000 Sport. The results are as follows:(1) Shooting is a single action structure performance of the accuracy, mainly by the static works of the muscle. During this process, the skill is the core, which can be strongly influenced by the psychological factors.(2) Through the study surveys, it is found that factors affecting the physical stability of shooting players include:the psychological factors such as the motive of competition and the willpower of themselves, the physical condition, the environment of the competition situation and so on.(3) Through the on-site visit to the shooting team of Qinghua University, it is found that there are a lot of training methods to exercise the stability of athletes in the routine training, for example, long-time gun-raise with no blow, or drawing the target paper with a gun. (4) After the instrument test, it is shown obviously that the shooting result is negatively correlated to SY(p< 0.01), and is positively correlated with COG(p<0.05)The shooting type of all the four players of the shooting team of Qinghua University is stable. Through the joint research in three indicators SX,SY and COG of the shooting athletes, the stability of their aim technology can be evaluated.(5) Compared with second-line women-rifle athletes of the national team, four men-air rifle players of Qinghua shooting team have their advantages in the stability, however, their aim ability is weaker. To improve aim accuracy, men-air rifle players of Qinghua shooting team should have more practices such as results-forecasting exercises and density shootings.(6) There are some inconspicuous negative correlations between heart .rates of four Qinghua shooting team players and average of their shooting results. If average heart rates of CZP and standard deviation are the lowest, the shooting results will be the highest; If average heart rates of FXT are the highest and the standard deviation are not obvious, their own physical functions might be in some relevant; If average heart rates of ZH are high and standard deviation is the largest among four players, their mental stability will be so weak that it is easy to be impacted by their own psychological factors or external environment. |
