An Analysis Of Improving The Overall Quality Of Minority Students

Contemporary ethnic minority college students are the backbone of regional development, and their ideological and political quality is directly related to the regional development and national unity and stability;china's socialist modernization and the advance of the well-off society; the great revival of the great nation. Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was established as the earliest minority autonomous ethnic regions. The overall quality of minority students plays an importment role in the achievement of Inner Mongolia's economic growth and the social development. Compares with Han students, minority students have the development of their own characteristics and problems due to the different cultural background, religion, customs and growth environment. Based on the enstensive research, this paper made a systematic analysis of the oveall quality of the students and the problem situation among the Inner Mongolia Finance and Economic College's minority students.This papaer has three parts, including current status, causes, recommendations and countermeasures.The first part analyses the overall quality of the minority status of college students from the historical and realistic point of view:First, the minority students' status of the ideological and political quality;second, the minority status of students of the moral quality; third,status of their mental quality; Fourth, the status of minority students humanistic quality; fifth, intellectual minority college students In the status quo; sixth, the legal quality of the minority status of students; seventh, the information level of minority students in the status quo; eighth, the physical status of minority students.The second part maks a systematic study and discusses its causes about overall quality of minority college students in the Inner Mongolia Finance and Economic College.The third part gives the related suggestions and countermeasuresof in the enhancing of the minority students' quality of education and improving the overall quality of minority students. First, it is a basic work to improve the overall quality of Minority College Students; Second,it's necessary to enhance the campus culture develop a peaceful environment of national education; third,it is an insurance to build a complete national education system; Fourth,it's a key wok to improve the quality of national educators;Minority Students in Inner MongoliaFinance and Economics College needs to be improved overall quality, there are some issues can not be ignored, but there are some sides needs to becarried forward. These problems have their roots deep in history and reality. We also needs the school and national educators try their best to research and give some signi-ficant suggestions in order to promote the development of the minority ethnic area.
