In this background, Finance and Economicsuniversities are increasing rapidly as bamboo shoots after a spring rain. Finance andEconomics universities trained plenty of talents for our country, teachers in those collegesand universities are the most important human resources for the high school.Recent years, teachers in universities have had the phenomenon of low enthusiasm forwork. Find by hard and thorough search, universities and colleges have insufficientattention to the motivation of teachers. Schools usually used the method of paying thesalary or give a promotion to teachers, but that’s not enough for them. High Schools didn’thave a deep research of the demand of teachers, so they didn’t get the point to motivatetheir teachers. The two factors theory of Herzberg have the conclusion of there are twokinds of factors that influence the behavior of teachers. One is called motivating factor,which is associated with employee satisfaction related to emotional factors, for example,the job itself, job approval, work achievement and responsibility. Another kind of factor iscalled health factor, which is associated with employee dissatisfaction related factors, likesalary, work environment and interpersonal relationship. Through the investigation, themost urgent factors for teachers in finance and economics colleges are the workachievements and salary. What’s more, the overall degree of the motivation of teachers isrelatively low, especially on the factor of salary, justice in organization and participates inthe management of the school.
