Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of society today,educated and healthy people are an important human resource for today’s social and economic development.People’s physique and health issues are increasingly concerned by various countries and governments.Since China’s reform and opening up,physical conditions have always been highly valued.In the process of investigation and research,we have taken measures to continuously improve people’s physical fitness.The "Healthy China 2030 Plan" was announced in October 2016.This plan has promoted the construction of healthy China,improved the people’s health,and clearly guided the development of the Chinese people’s health in the next 15 years.This study examines students’ attitudes towards physical measurement,starting from the cognitive,behavioral,and emotional aspects of investigations,the initial motivation for participation in physical activity,the frequency of physical exercise,and factors that affect college students’ negative emotions on physical fitness testing.From four perspectives.Relevant targeted recommendations and measures were put forward for these issues,focusing on their attitude towards the implementation of the National Standard for Students’ Physical Health.The purpose was to enable more students to take the initiative to attach importance to health and actively respond to physical health.Testing,can consciously walk into the sunshine,walk into the sports field,like some sports items and skills that are of interest to them,cultivate students’ interest in sports,and master one or two sports skills that will benefit for the rest of the day,making students’ physical and mental harmony.All-round development will enrich college students’ sports life and promote the improvement of college students’ physical activity enthusiasm.The literature and data method is used to understand the current research on physical fitness testing at home and abroad,and to gain some inspiration and lessons from it,and to find out where it can be innovative to lay the foundation for research.Questionnaire surveys are conducted through student questionnaires tounderstand their attitude towards physical fitness testing.Mathematical statistics method combs statistics of survey data.Logical analysis method summarizes the viewpoints of the above research methods,analyzes the influencing factors of different cognitions and attitudes of college students,and brings about their own learning and life.Impact.And analyze the causes of the information.Through the above research methods,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The proportion of men and women in financial institutions is uneven,boys and girls are born more,and students’ passion for sports is not high.2.From the perspective of cognition,most students understand the “National Student Physical Health Standard” by participating in physical fitness tests.Students have a clear understanding of the physical fitness testing program and the benefits involved.However,the physical fitness of the physical fitness test and the fitness of each item for evaluation are not very clear.3.From an emotional point of view,most students are positive about the physical fitness test and are very concerned about their physical health.However,a small number of students whose athletic ability is not strong have some negative status on physical fitness tests.4.From the tendency of behavior,most students are willing to participate in physical fitness tests in order to have a better physical condition,and to perform specialized sports to enhance their physical fitness.There are even good habits that a small number of students often develop into physical training.Based on the above conclusions,this study gives the following suggestions:1.According to the unique characteristics and status quo of students in financial institutions,the main focus is on cultivating students’ interests and strengthening the physical fitness level of students.The first class and second class of sports are enriched and improved.2.According to the cognitive aspects of the current situation investigation and analysis,first of all,the students’ cognition will be specifically explained and publicized,and the effectiveness of the school’s propaganda work will be brought into full play.Then strengthen the use of "3 +1" classroom teaching model,allowing students to deepen their understanding from various aspects and establish a positive cognitive concept.3.From the student’s emotional point of view,for a small number of studentswith poor physical fitness,take targeted measures to enhance students’ self-confidence in sports.Teachers help students with the pressure of self-adjustment.And to give students the importance of popularizing physical measurements,to avoid their own reasons affecting the assessment of final results.4.From the student’s behavioral tendency,from the student’s learning life to training students to develop a good exercise habits,and use the existing advanced science and technology to arrange the appropriate amount of exercise and regular inspections.
