With the rapid development of technology in international network,Men's way of life has changed dramatically, The information-based reform of the education realm that immediately brings, impact and changes traditional education mode, brought tradition education a very big challenge. Some modern teaching equipments, new instructional media, education principle, education way and method, begin to gradual rise and combine perfect. Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI) and distance education network had been brought into effect .A great deal of teaching software and educational teaching system platform had been researched and applied to the practice of instruction. Then further studies are required on can the information-based way promote the study efficiency , raise the student's study result or is it advantageous for students to grasp the knowledge, to improve students'capability of SRL, to cultivate good habits and improve informational attainment of students, can it improve teachers'teaching efficiency or is it advantageous for Carrying out quality education, Individuation education and education for life on students, can it promote the information-based reform or the long development of education.Self-adaptive Study Step System differs from man to man on idiosyncratic level of different students, to achieve the effect of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, which is independent of the choice of test sample, and can reflect students'actual mastery of knowledge more exactly and external. It makes gradual examination,training exercises and homework triune. It makes test become convenient, cut the test period greatly, and become the mainstream of tests just because of its special advantage of teaching.We ought to change the actions that carried on the design development and the simple test to the system formerly ,but very few application and the effect confirmation were carried on in the teaching, which caused massive auto-adapted test system that developed is unable to apply in the education and teaching practice aiming at the research condition of the research on instructional applications of adaptive study and test system based on web. The article investigate the auxo-action and the mode of teaching that the adaptive study and test system based on web do to teaching under the different environment and conditions of information technique, and analyze and summarize the questions that existent during the applying process, bringing forward the resolution strategy so as to supply practically foundation for the adaptive study and test system's application in the teaching better and broader. So that it can serve the teaching better, promote teachers'professional development, enhance students'capability of independence and cooperation studies and enhance their study efficiency and benefit. Then enhance the design and development of the adaptive study and test system based on web further, so that it can apply to the actually education and teaching practice, checkout the apply efficiency of the adaptive study and test system, making sure that both teachers and students receive benefit, and consequently push the innovation of education that information-based.This article carried on the process research and make scientific analysis and conclusion to the research data via choosing the students of middle school at grade two which is attached to the HeBei Normal University for research object, taking the Mathematics academics teaching for example, applying the self-adaptive study and test system in the actual classroom teaching, adopting the research measures that researching on the action,talking,questionnaire,case studying,educational experiment based on the research on the theory of the adaptive study and test based on web. The result shows that the adaptive study and test system based on web's apply in the teaching promotes teachers'teach and students'study greatly. In the respect of teacher, it can promote the change of teachers'view in Information-based teaching, the change of teachers'conventional teaching mode, can enhance teachers'information accomplishment, which is good to the teachers'development. And in the respect of student, it can promote students'capability of independence and cooperation together with their information accomplishment, promote students to develop a good habit that study on-line, and it can also have a great function to raise students'achievement, much more, it is propitious to improve the education and teaching quality and teaching efficiency. Although the intelligent design and the function of teaching of the adaptive study and test system in being is perfect, and also have a certain function of promoting to the teaching, there is still some problem in the applying in the practice of educating and teaching, such as the following restricting factors: equipment of multi-media teaching equipment in the school and the open and the efficiency of utilization of multi-media laboratory room, the environment of surf in home, the impact of parents'traditional concept and students'capability of self-control. All those indicate that school, family, teacher, parents and students themselves together restrict the promoting effect and its further expand that the adaptive study and test system have to teaching. We have to solve the problem which restrict the applying of the system if we want to change the actual visage exist currently which need the joint efforts of the school, family, teacher, parents and students. And increase the research and validation to the applying, improve the quality of educating and teaching and the study efficiency of student. Accelerate teachers'professional improvement and the reform and development of education Information, so that the adaptive study and test system based on web can be used broadly in the educating and teaching.
