Research On The Development Current Status And Countermeasures Of Jazz Dance For Teenagers In Yantai

The research roundly investigated and analyzed the status of jazz dance for Teenagers in Yantai through making some questionnaire surveys on more than twenty jazz dance training base in Yantai and visiting a lot of jazz dance instructors,on the basis of which it got the following conclusions:1. By survey on the status of jazz dance for Teenagers in Yantai, we found that there exist some problems on the age structure, education level, teaching length, technical grade, re-education conditions and so on.2. Also, Jazz dance training for Teenagers in Yantai is not ideal. There isn't enough training time, reasonable content arrangement and complex teaching methods. What's more, there is a great shortage of funds.3. Most of the puples have not participated in any competition, only few of them have participated in provincial level provincial competitions., There isn't any large-scale jazz dance competitions and performances held in Yantai City.4.The research showed that the management style of jazz dance in Yantai has some shortcomings, such as too many private schools, ever-growing illegal charges, irregular enrollments.According to these problems, this paper recommends as follows:1. Enhance the publicity to improve the social influences of jazz dance and young people's understandings of it.2. Largely improve the overall quality of coaches, enhance the training for coaches to improve their teaching standards; form a high-level of coaches to absolutly improve teaching effects from teaching plans, methods, means, goals and a series of practical aspects.3. Strictly establish the standard of tuition for jazz dance learning, formulate reasonable rules and regulations to make the management has rules to follow, so that the jazz dance for teenagers could develop healthy and orderly.4. Hold more teenagers jazz dance competitions. Participating in more competitions, one could accumulate various experience and improve the level of sports. 5. The aesthetic ability and portrayal aesthetic should be more trained and cultivated in the basic stage. Besides several moderating abilities of body, the cultivation of dance feeling should get more attention.6. Develop a variety of educational models, raise money form multi-channel, expand the size of ground, improve teaching facilities to promote the rapid development of teenagers'jazz dance.
