In the information age, people's work, life and learning ways have undergone tremendous changes, learning to collect, compile and use the information has become the era's basic requirements of every citizen. Education industries play a pivotal role to the cultivation of talent, teachers' education and information literacy height would become one of the important factors which restricts informationization development speed. "Modern Education Technology" is a public course which is opened by Normal University, and all the normal students must elective it. It not only trains information literacy of future teachers, but also helps them improve their use of information technology in teaching skills. The current teaching of experimental part is affected by the traditional teaching method, the phenomenon of teachers teach and students practice operations in accordance with experimental guide, mechanical memory of knowledge and action steps still exist. A lot of teaching practice has proved that task-driven increases the enthusiasm of students to participate actively, enhances the ability of their own learning, discovery, analysis and problem-solving.This study starts from experimental teaching practical problems which exist in "Modem Education Technology", tries to apply the task driven method to confirmatory test items and comprehensive design of pilot projects, takes normal students in Central China Normal University in 2008 who elective the course as subjects, makes a systematic experimental study on task-driven method of experimental operation results, learning interests and attitudes, learning methods and habits independent learning and collaborative learning ability of students.This paper consists of five chapters, the main contents of each chapter are as follows:The first chapter summarizes the background and significance of this study, research status of task-driven method and experimental teaching, research contents and methods.In the second chapter, task-driven content and features of the law, theory, instructional design and mission design to task-driven methods are outlined. The third chapter provides an overview of "Modern Education Technology" experimental course, analyzes the subjects, proposes the hypothesis, research design and research tools of this experiment.The fourth chapter is statistical analysis to the questionnaire and rating scale by applying spss software, to explore the change of experimental operation results, learning interests and attitudes, learning methods and habits, independent learning and collaborative learning ability of students are affected, and the reasons were analyzed.The fifth chapter summarizes the entire research process as well as prospected the next step of the research work.
