With the advent of the information age, educational technology has become the basic knowledge and basic skills for current teachers who must master in their teaching careers. In order to enhance the ability and level of teachers' educational technology and to promote the development of teachers' professional, primary and secondary school teacherss' educational technology training carried out in our country can be described as vigorous, and in a certain extent,it's effective. But we need to clearly understand that the cost is relatively heavy for our country to carry out such training. We can carry on the post-career retraining to improve teachers' educational technology ability, however,in the higher education popularity today, the most fundamental way is to provide standardized education of modern education technology curriculum for normal students and to make them with the ability of using modern education technology before they embark on the platform. However, the teaching of modern educational technology in some normal university is not too "to force", Therefore, we have to seek to effective teaching methods to enhance the teaching quality of modem educational technology. Of course, we also need to clearly understand that:Only a course of modern educational technology cannot completely assume the responsibility of teachers' education technical ability training, But the improvement of teaching effectiveness of modern educational technology course can effectively help students master and gain the knowledge and ability of modern educational technology. and to some extent, it can also reduce the cost of educational technology training. Based on the above thinking, this article attempts to use the task-driven learning to optimize the public class teaching quality and efficiency of modern educational technology and to radically improve normal students' the level and ability of educational technology.This study covers the following aspects:The first one:systematic introduction to task-driven learning. Through the analysis to existing literature and reviews the current domestic and international research status of the task-driven learning, combined with author's thinking, this part gives a interpretation to the connotation of the task-driven learning, theoretical foundation, teaching processes and the basic features of task-driven learning.The second one:On the basis of a brief overview of the course nature of Modern Educational Technology,this part points out the problems in this course teaching,respectively from both teachers and students, and gives a specific introduction of the task-driving learning in view of Modern Educational Technology public course. The last one:Through a semester experimental teaching,2010 September until 2011 January,this part demonstrates that the task-driven learning can be helpful to optimize the teaching quality and teaching effect of modern educational technology in higher normal university.Research shows that:The first:In the modern educational technology teaching, the task-driving learning has been widely welcomed by students, and it can greatly enhance students' interest and enthusiasm and optimize students' learning state.The second:In the modern educational technology teaching, the task-driving learning not only can obviously increase students' grades, but also can enhance students' awareness and ability of self-directed learning and cooperative learning.The third:In the modern educational technology teaching, the task-driving learning can effectively enhance students' achievement sense and study self-confidence, not only make students learn well modern educational technology knowledge, more can improve students' consciousness and ability of application educational technology to solve practical problems.The fourth:In the modern educational technology teaching, the task-driving learning can make teacher willing to pay more time and energy to improve their teaching and it is conducive to teachers' professional development.The fifth:In the modern educational technology teaching, the task-driving learning can effectively improve classroom atmosphere and teacher-student relationship and make it easy, lively and harmony.Do not expect the results of this study can bring much guidance and application value in modern educational technology teaching for so many and different normal university,but at least it can actually improve the public class teaching quality and efficiency of modern educational technology in Ningxia Normal University. Meanwhile, there is also a certain practical significance for the writer upcoming to work in the teaching of modern educational technology.
