Rural boarding school is the product of the layout and adjustment of rural primary and secondary schools, which is to adapt the present educational situation that many rural compulsory schools disappeared because of canceling or merging, and to guarantee that the compulsory education right of children in rural areas can be implemented, as a school form. From the present situation, the construction and development of rural boarding schools experiences roughly two stages. The first stage is the preliminary exploration period for rural boarding schools. The main characteristics of this stage are the low efficiency of school construction, vacancy of the management authority, fragmented school administration, disordered management system, no guarantee of the construction funds, difference between the implement quality of new and expansion projects and their standard, threat to the teachers' and students' personal safety. Another stage is the gradually maturing period of rural boarding school. The main characteristic of this stage are that the central government were paying attention to the rural boarding schools, the central financial support to the "rural boarding school construction project" had been put into action in the national scope, local fiscal also began to reduce the charges in the construction of boarding schools, the construction of boarding schools were listed in the plan of local basic construction management, school internal management mechanism had been improved gradually, and the encouragement system and training of principal and teacher were put on the agenda, and the standard of building construction gradually improved.How to construct rural boarding school is extremely significant for the development of rural education. The standard of adjustment of rural school is base on population and student number. Thousands of schools were cancelled because of birth rate have dropped and the right of the school-age children accept compulsory education could not guaranteed, dropout rate also ascend. Rural boarding schools improved the environment for studying, and enhanced the quality of teaching. The boarding system had effectively reduce the distance of the students go to school and the incidence of safety accidents. It was a vital step to achieving rural education goal.However, due to the too much emphasis has been placed on economic benefits in the process of adjustment, education principles have been broken.In the situation that education policies and measures were frequently influenced by economic factors, there are generally lacking humanism care in the boarding school, and a number of examples exist as following:schoolhouse conditions are cruder than urban school, facilities construction can't keep up with the speed of the student population increasing, relevant management measures are not perfect, traffic safety and food safety is no guaranteed, students age in boarding school is too young, family care is not enough in daily life, the development of mental health is threatened, the curriculum designing and campus living arrangements can not meet the needs of rural life and culture, student number in one class are far more than relevant criterions required, and so on. How to coordinate the relationship between education economic value and the humanistic value? How to make actual policy adjustment for rural boarding school? How to improve rural education status, so as to realize the goal of balanced development of urban and rural education? These problems are worth doing research.This article is the specially research about rural boarding school construction and its humanistic care problems. Based on empirical study, this paper try to investigate and reveal the situation about China's rural boarding schools construction, analyze the reason of the this state, put forward the reference of successful foreign experience, and propose some reasonable advices about how to strengthening and improving the rural boarding school construction. This research content substantially can be divided into the following several parts.The first part is the introduction of the paper, includes the background, the purpose and the significance of the research, the research methods and the literature review of past research.The second part lists several relations about rural boarding school construction, introduces the micro and macro background of the rural boarding schools construction, the construction purpose, the guiding principles, and considerations about the necessity and importance of current rural boarding school construction from humanistic perspective.The third part comprehensively describes the clues about the humanistic solicitude vacancy in the process of current rural boarding school construction and its negative influence. On the other hand, in the process of school dismantling, the invasion of city mainstream culture on the village culture also caused a huge shock to the reserve and sustainability of village culture and national culture.The fourth part analyzes the reasons about the current situation of the humanistic solicitude vacancy among the boarding students, which has been caused by rural boarding school construction. The paper analyze the reason from the following aspects, the overemphasizing about the pursuit of economic benefits, the vacancy of human-based value in the school, the negative effects because of insufficient investment in rural education, and the restriction from the incomplete and old management mechanism.By introducing the related information about the situation in the rural structure adjustment and of boarding school construction in American and South Korea, considering the influence because of the different objective conditions in the regional, national and state of economic development, the fifth part lists several beneficial experiences for China's national conditions, hoping to help the reform practice of education in China.Based on the discussion above, the sixth part pertinently put forward some countermeasures about the humanistic solicitude regression of the rural boarding school, including insisting the "people-oriented" basic principles in rural boarding school construction, putting a correct view and handle the relationship of fairness and efficiency in the process of school layout and adjustment, improving the rural education investment system, ensuring the budget source for boarding schools construction and strengthening the management of rural boarding schools, optimizing the boarding schools teaching conditions, etc.
