Since the reform and opening up,industrialization and urbanization have advanced rapidly,and a large number of young rural adults have migrated to cities for work,resulting in the special group of rural left-behind children.Among them,the left-behind students in rural areas who are in the stage of compulsory education account for the largest proportion.Their education has also become one of the hot topics in today’s society.According to the ministry of education,15.5056 million rural left-behind students were enrolled in compulsory education nationwide in 2017.Rural left-behind compulsory education students refer to "rural left-behind children aged between 6 and 16 who are receiving compulsory education in rural schools",or "rural left-behind children in the stage of compulsory education".6 to 16 years old young childhood is outlook on life,world outlook,the values formation of the critical period,during this period,if the rural left-behind compulsory education students lack of family care for a long time,is bound to affect their healthy personality cultivation,in order to ensure the compulsory education,the group received a good government in our country in 2001,the establishment of boarding schools in the rural areas,has achieved obvious effect,but there are still many problems,such as boarding schools lack of infrastructure,lack of funding,unreasonable school education management mode is not science,teachers’ professional pressure,boarding students problems,etc.these problems are the result of comprehensive shaping of many factors,Such as the government policy support is not in place,boarding school education concept deviation,education management ability to be improved,boarding students parents do not cooperate,these factors together affect the healthy development of boarding schools.The academic research on boarding schools in China started late and has not formed a complete theoretical system.The effective governance mechanism is still in the exploration stage and the prevention and control system that can effectively solve the problems of the development of boarding schools has not been established and improved.Based on China’s national conditions and the reality of rural compulsory education schools,this paper constructs a long-term mechanism for the healthy development of boarding schools in rural compulsory education stage,which is a combination of government,school and family.Government level:first,improve government policy support,increase financial investment in education,set up full-time teachers in boarding schools;Second,encourage and innovate the mechanism of social capital investment,and care about the healthy development of rural boarding schools.School level:first,establish scientific and standardized long-term management mechanism,improve management efficiency;The second is to set up the concept of scientific education,improve the ability of teachers education;Third,enrich extracurricular activities to meet the various needs of "boarding" students;Fourth,the establishment of psychological counseling room to promote students’ mental health development.Family level:first,parents should change the concept of education,clear education of children is the responsibility and obligation of parents;Second,strengthen home-school interaction,build home-school education community,and jointly help and guide students to grow up healthily.
