Ideological and political lesson is an important part and way of the moral education in school. Especially in recent years, as the nation attach more emphasis on the education of thought and politics in middle school, Ideological and political lesson has become a required course for middle school students. It involves Marxism-Leninism education, ideological and political education and social and scientific common sense education. Meanwhile, it is a main carrier and stage for students to cultivate good morality, and to promote them to form correct moral value, outlook on life and values. It plays a very important role in the whole education in middle school. Values education is one of the main contents in Ideological and political lesson. The acceptance effect of students towards values education is an important standard in measuring whether the ideological and political education succeeds or not. The acceptance effect of values education in Ideological and political lesson for middle students refers to realization of the preset target and the subjective thought or intention of the main body. The preset target is acceptance activity towards values education during the practice. The research towards the acceptance effect is beneficial for promoting the spreading and deepening of Ideological and political lesson in Middle School. At the same time, it helps to further perfect the systematization process of scientific theories of thought and politics, and to promote activities of Ideological and political education in Middle School, especially the development of values education, and to promote middle students to grow up healthily.Starting from problems with realistic significance, this article, which is divided into five parts, summarizes and researches on this topic. Firstly, it points out, from the aspects of nation, school, courses and students, the necessity of research on the acceptance of values education of Ideological and political lesson in middle school. Secondly, it summarizes the current situation, from both positive and negative aspects, of the acceptance of values education of Ideological and political lesson in middle school. Thirdly, it points out the reasons for the situation, from four aspects, including education contents, education process, education methods, and relation between educators and the educated. Lastly, it summarizes some effective methods for effective acceptance of values education of Ideological and political lesson in Middle School. These methods include stimulating students'initiative towards values education, strengthening the rationality of the contents of values education, strengthening the scientific of the methods of values education and strengthening the practices of students.
