Study On The Equality And The Efficiency Of Self-determined Admission System In China's Higher Education Institutions

In order to deep the reform of college enrollment, expand the autonomy, innovation talents selection mechanism, widen the channels of selecting talents,22 universities have been allowed to pilot the self-determined admission system by Ministry of Education since 2003. As an important part of enrollment system of enrollment system,there are still many problems in the self-determined admission system. Self-determined admission system in China's higher education institutions as an important component of the admission system, through innovation and improvement, has become the main channel and unity College Entrance Examination complementary.With the recently practiced self-determined admission system in China's higher education institutions as the object, with he equality and the efficiency as the research perspective, following the elaborate macro and micro analysis, theoretical analysis and practical examples, learn from the Investigation of the combination of comparative research ideas, This dissertation probes into the nature and connotation, influential factors, and specific performance, but also undertake a self-enrollment survey, and hot case for the enrollment study analysis of the Chinese universities admission system in the equality and efficiency, social influence, and so on, aiming at grasping the overall development of self-determined admission system and providing theoretical foundation as well as practical references for further reform of admission system in China's higher education institutions.This thesis are based on the analysis of the self-determined admission system, used the comparative research method to contrast the college entrance examination system between China and United States, China and Taiwan, analyzes their similarities and differences in equality and efficiency.
