| In 2018,the state clearly put forward the "employment priority policy"for the first time in the government work report,which is in line with the financial and monetary policies,and is enough to reflect the attention of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council to the employment issue.Public employment service is an important means to promote the implementation of employment related policies.How to grasp the employment demand timely and effectively,activate the resource elements of public employment service,and promote the performance ability of public employment service in the region,has become a hot social issue to be concerned.Taixing City,Jiangsu Province,has strengthened the implementation of the "employment priority policy",made innovation and excellence in work,and vigorously promoted the development of public employment services within its jurisdiction,with remarkable results.However,there are many chemical enterprises in the area,unreasonable development of industrial structure and concentrated demand for talents.In the process of performing the public employment service function,there are still some outstanding problems,such as the low level of informatization,the talent team to be optimized,and the reform of "releasing management service" to be strengthened.Based on the new public service theory and public service evaluation theory,through questionnaire survey,interview and other ways to understand the social public satisfaction of public employment service in Taixing City,through the research of evaluation data and content,this paper intuitively understands the problems existing in the process of Taixing government departments performing the public employment service function and promoting the development of public employment service in the region,and On this basis,the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are given.At the same time,through further understanding of the public demand,it is proposed that Taixing municipal government departments should design targeted and diversified service projects in the process of performing the public employment service function,encourage the active participation of social forces,improve the effectiveness of service supply,strengthen the construction of public employment information platform,build a perfect fund guarantee mechanism,system guarantee mechanism and supervision management Mechanism to meet the diversified and differentiated employment needs of the public in the region.The purpose of this paper is to help improve the performance level of public employment service function of Taixing government departments by combining theory with practice,so as to achieve the practical purpose of alleviating the local employment problem. |
