The quality of teaching is the lifeline of higher vocational education, which has aroused the people's widespread interest, and the students can feel the quality of teaching directly, do some research about the students'satisfaction to the quality of teaching have the important meaning. In this essay, the author uses literature resource, speculative method and empirical survey to establish the evaluation model about the students'satisfaction to the quality of teaching, takes some vocational colleges in Henan province as example, this essay dose some research about the students'satisfaction to the quality of teaching, and gives some advice to improve the higher vocational education's satisfaction of teaching.This essay consists of five parts:The first part is the introduction, mainly introduces the problem of topic selection, the significance of the research, the methods of the research, relevant overviews, the core concepts and the thesis's frameworks.The second part exploits the theoretical evidences about evaluating the students'satisfaction to the quality of teaching, which concludes that the theory about the higher vocational education's teaching quality, the theory about customer satisfaction, the theory about the students'satisfaction to the quality of teaching.The third part composes the model of the students'satisfaction to the quality of teaching, and assesses the indicators'definition about the model of the students'satisfaction to the quality of teaching.In this part,the wirter analysises the characteristics about the model of the students'satisfaction to the quality of teaching,and we can prepare the evaluation completely.The fourth part introduces the testing and analysis about the students'satisfaction to the quality of teaching. This part chooses the Henan's students who come from A college, B college, C college.To the conclusion, the students just like these we have mentioned above have a lot to be desired to the quality of teaching, the satisfaction score about"the theoretical teaching","the practice teaching","the teaching management"are randomness ,and the satisfaction of the practice teaching is the lowest, ,students'loyalty is high, the number of students"wiling to support the college development after graduation"significantly more than the number of students"willing to recommend others studying in our school"; With the secondary testing indicators of the theoretical teaching, the satisfaction score about"theoretical curriculum","theoretical teachers","theoretical facilities","theoretical accomplishment"are randomness; with the secondary testing indicators of the practice teaching, the satisfaction score about"practice curriculum","practice teachers","practice facilities","practice accomplishment"sorting is"practice curriculum","practice teachers","practice facilities","practice accomplishment"; with the secondary testing indicators of the teaching management,the satisfaction score about"teaching administrative staff","teaching supervision and control"sorting is"teaching supervision and control","teaching administrative staff"; gender and grade have an impact on the students'satisfaction to the quality of teaching; gender, grade, student resource have an impact on the students'satisfaction to the quality of teaching .According to the results of the previous evaluation, the fifth part introduces the suggestion about what we improve the students'satisfaction to the quality of teaching. It concludes that we should create new campus culture, improve the theoretical teaching's quality, strengthen the practice teaching, strengthen management work.
