Abstract/Summary:
The central committee of the communist party proposed the overall design of constructing harmonious social, which of the total requirement is: to construct harmonious school in the background of building a "harmonious society", but the most important factors of the harmonious college teaching is teaching subjects, as is to say the harmonious relationship between teachers and students. But there much more problems appeared in the teacher-student relationship in transition society. Teacher-student relationship is an interpersonal relationship which formed in teachers and students common teaching progress, its nature and level affect not only affects the results of education activities, also can affects the teacher and students'own development.Basing on the types of teacher-student relationship of PE undergraduate college in Henan and Influence factors as main research object, by using documentation, expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics , Logic analysis and so on .The main contents of this article has two sides ,one is the type of teacher-student relationship in Henan sports undergraduate colleges, the purpose is to understand basic information, which is the two big professional of sports training and sports education in Henan undergraduate sports colleges, analyzing the different gender, grade, direction, special, whether or not the class cadre, student's body ability, students'sports skills and teachers' gender ,which influent on the relationship between teachers and students, according to the analysis, putting forward suggestions to improve teacher-student relationship. The other is the Influencing factors of teacher-student relationship, through the principal components analytic method getting influencing types of teacher-student relationship, and analyzing the correlation between various factors. Hope this research not only give some suggestions to sports psychology, sports education workers, but also have some help to improve education teaching quality of undergraduate PE colleges and universities in Henan province.Through this studying can get some following conclusions:1. The current students are mostly like the young teachers who understand and inspire them; they love sports theory and public course teaching, but more love technology teacher; they love the teachers who can express language well and can explain action technical clearly and accurately; They don't care about teachers' gender; they orientate teacher as director and friends, wishing they can direct and help and respect them.2. The teacher-student relationship in PE college can sort three type: Apathy conflict type, equality understood type, expect guide type .Above all, expect guide type got the highest scores ,it is to say students expect the teachers should provide more guidance and help during their study; Conflict apathy type got less scores ,it showed that the teacher-student relationship at present is need to improve. Students'gender, student body ability and whether the class cadre is not seriously impact on the relationship. The higher grade, the more equality of the teacher-student status, the more higher level of understanding; the relationship in sports education is better than in sports training; the relationship in the two volleyball and athletics professional are the most equality and understand, the students in the table and badminton professional are most easily got conflict with the teachers, so in special teaching should give more help and guidance,During the progress of teaching basketball, volleyball, football, gymnastics, aerobics, athletics, tennis, teachers should give more guidance and display technology of opportunities; Female teachers are easily got conflict with students than male teachers; that to say ,the female teachers should give more time to care and understanding the students; the worse the student has ,the more easily conflict got with the teachers, so the students should got more practice to improve their sports skills.3. The factors that affect on the relationship of teachers and students are sort three types; teachers'professional ability and the students'physical and psychological quality, teachers'quality and communication environment, the external conditions. During this three major factors ,the most important is teachers'professional ability and the students'physical and psychological quality, that shows that teachers should strengthen their own professional culture, students should make great efforts to improve their physical and mental qualities.
