Objective To understand the current status and influencing factors of teachers'performance evaluation satisfaction in university, and to provide reference for the improvement of performance evaluation work.Methods 257 teachers from 4 universities were random sampled about performance evaluation satisfaction by a self-designed questionnaire including common cases and teachers'performance evaluation satisfaction. The database was created by EpiData 3.1 and analyzed by the SPSS13.0 statistical software. And the questionnaires survey data was processed using One_samples T test, factor analysis and variance analysis.Results The result of the study indicates that: first, the score of performance evaluation satisfaction is 3.1284 on the middle level(with total score 5). Second, the main influencing factors of teachers'performance evaluation satisfaction include: Performance evaluation system and performance evaluation in teacher's ethics, teaching and scientific research manifestation, evaluation of the main participation, application of the results of performance evaluation, performance appraisal method and feedback of evaluation results to communicate, performance evaluation satisfaction in discipline construction degree of contribution and work of personnel training respects, performance appraisal in social service work aspect manifestation, understand the performance evaluation content and information.Third, the teachers'performance evaluation satisfaction is not influenced evidently by sex, education background, the time of teaching and average income. And it exist obvious deference among the teachers of deferent teaching subject, technical post and age(p<0.05).Conclusion The problem and influencing factors of teachers'performance evaluation satisfaction are complicated and various. Some effective measures should be taken to improve the satisfaction of performance evaluation and the development of teachers and schools.
