Teacher-student relationship is the manifestation of the relationship between teachers and students in the teaching process.It is a multilevel relationship system formed by teachers and students in the direct communication activities between teaching and learning in order to achieve the educational goals.The ideal teacher-student relationship is not only the basic guarantee for the successful completion of teaching tasks,but also an effective way for teachers and students to reflect their own values through teaching activities,and is also an important way to promote students' physical and mental health.Based on the questionnaire of "Types of Teacher-student Relationship in Middle School Physical Education" and the methods of literature review,participation observation and factor analysis,this research studies and discusses the three kinds of teacher-student relationship(separation,mutual aid and integration)and their interrelation and transformation process in middle school physical education,and on this basis forms the view that the three kinds of teaching relationships belong to three different realms.These three realms are not isolated from each other,but a dynamic process of continuous development and improvement from low level to high level and from simple to complex.Among them,"separation type" is the most basic teaching relationship.Although it can complete the teaching task to a certain extent,the emotional communication between teachers and students is seriously insufficient and belongs to the first realm."Mutual aid" is a transitional type.It realizes the defect of insufficient emotional communication in the "separated" teacher-student relationship,and makes appropriate adjustments and improvements.It is not only more conducive to the completion of teaching tasks,but also can enhance emotional communication between teachers and students,which plays a certain role in promoting the mental health of middle school students and belongs to the second realm.The "integrated" teacher-student relationship is an idealized type after the "mutual aid" has been perfected.He requires teachers and students to be completely integrated into an organic whole,which is not only manifested in the solidarity between teaching and learning in the teaching process,but also in the honor and disgrace of emotional blending.This kind of teacher-student relationship is extremely conducive to thesmooth realization of the teaching effect of "teaching grows with each other" and belongs to the highest realm,that is,the third realm.First of all,by referring to the relevant papers and combining with the contents of this article,the questionnaire is made,the data are sorted out,and spss20 is used for factor analysis to determine the three dimensions and name them,"I-he relationship" is a separate teacher-student relationship,which is also the first context."I-you relationship" is a mutual-aid relationship between teachers and students,which is also the second environment.The "I-I" relationship is an integrated teacher-student relationship,which is also the third condition.The results of this survey are separation,mutual aid and integration of the three kinds of teacher-student relationship,and from the two aspects of teachers and students,combined with the specific situation in the teaching practice process,the author analyzes the three realms of the teacher-student relationship in middle school physical education teaching.Secondly,the current situation of the three realms of teacher-student relationship in middle school physical education in the region is analyzed.The research shows that the score of the third realm(integration type)is relatively high,while the score of the first realm(separation type)is ranked second,which indicates that the teacher-student relationship in middle school physical education needs to be improved.It is found that gender and class cadre have no obvious influence on the three realms of teacher-student relationship in physical education,while age has a greater influence on the three realms of teacher-student relationship in physical education.Then divide the three boundaries of the relationship between teachers and students in middle school physical education into two stages to analyze the differences,and put forward effective strategies to make the relationship between teachers and students in physical education more integrated.Finally,combined with humanistic education theory and stage theory of behavior change,effective countermeasures are put forward to make the relationship between teachers and students in middle school physical education move from separation to integration: to create a harmonious atmosphere in physical education class;Increase the frequency of communication between PE teachers and students;Establish a good image of PE teachers;Be good at communicating with students and keep their hopes.Promoting education democracy and equality;Establish a reasonable sports evaluation mechanism.To sum up,there are three types of separation,mutual assistance and integration in the relationship between teachers and students in middle school physical education teaching.The three types are divided into three different realms,and the three realms are in a dynamic process of continuous development and improvement from low to high.We accept the first realm because it is inevitable in the teaching task and plays a certain role in completing the teaching task.We advocate the second realm because it pays attention to the emotional communication between teachers and students while completing the teaching task.We pursue the third realm,because it completely realizes the effective interaction between teachers and students in the teaching process,which can not only improve students' sports skills but also promote the harmonious blend of teachers and students' emotions,and finally achieve the ideal teaching effect of improving students' physical and mental health.
