Social dilemma is a situation that interests of common and all parties conflict in the social interaction. Environmental characteristics, group characteristics companion's individual characteristics and interaction can impact people's cooperative behaviors in different degree. Equality is a distributive principle that people generally prefer in social dilemmas. Few members of the group violating the equality and vast majority of members of the group violating equality are prevalent in realistic society. Social value orientation is an important motivation factor for individual behavior in decision-making. Social contacts of university students in early adulthood are the continuation of adolescence. And they also have profound impacts on more mature social interactions. The communication of student groups will also face a variety of dilemmas. Whether mutual learning, research collaboration or unique university dormitory culture, all need weigh and balance individual and collective interest. Researching cooperative behaviors of college students in social dilemmas has important theoretical and practical significance. We study the influence of the number of group members violating equality on cooperation in social dilemma and people's psychological and behavioral responses facing equality violation and the different level of equality violation by creating a virtual social dilemma situation through two experiments in laboratory. On the basis of the first experiment the second experiment changed the specific decision rule and improved the level of the conflict of social dilemma.Through the analysis of experimental data, it is concluded the following main conclusions:(1) Group members violating equality can impact people's cooperation in the following decision-making, and the level of cooperation significantly reduced after group members violating equality. Compared with few members violating equality, people in the group of most members violating equality have higher level of internal attributions for their group trial. (2) In the social dilemma, compared with other types of value orientation, pro-social type cooperated in a higher level. However, this difference in the level of cooperation did not exist after the equality violation. And compared with other types of value orientation, pro-social type expected others a higher level of cooperation. In the social dilemma, the collective efficacy on group of the pro-social type are significantly higher than other types, whether before equality violation or after.(3) Compared with people in the group of few members violating equality, people in the group of most members violating equality experienced more negative emotions; Compared with other types of value, pro-social persons experienced higher positive emotions and lower negative emotions, in facing equality violation.
