Community education, as one kind of education activities and the processes, improve the quality of the community members and the quality of their lives. Within the community education, the community achieves its development plan and reflects the concept of life-long education. It is the necessary means and ways to realize the life-long education system by community education. It makes up for the shortage of modern school education system, promote the comprehensive development of people and communities.The exploration and research on development model of community education is in order to consolidate the urban grass-roots level, improve the overall quality of the residents, enhance community integration of force, centripetal force and autonomous power. Eventually form a community at all levels and types of education and work integration strategy of the operation mechanism.In this paper, Tianping sub-district government of Xuhui district of Shanghai municiple as the research object based on the dynamic development from the urbanization process of community education. Through research and detailed analysis, we can concluded extract effectively mode in promoting and operating the community education, and help the government complete the decision-making basis for the development of relevant policies.Thesis includes six parts:The first part, explains the research background, purpose and theoretical significance and practical value, defined concepts, combing the relevant research results introduced in this paper and framework approach to the study.The second part, analyses the community education status and the main mode of Tianping sub-district government of Xuhui district of Shanghai municiple, from the basic situation of the community, community education, the development of profiles, community education, such as the operating mechanism, summarized the existing street pattern of community education development.The third part, find the major problems in the development of community education, and profound analysis of the cause.The fourth part, by comparing with the mainstream in developed countries overseas and China Yangtze River Delta region through community education and characteristics, we can study and learn at home and abroad in community development model of education experience and results. Part V, in order to Tianping sub-district government of Xuhui district of Shanghai municiple District-based community development model of education, proposed the development of general ideas, by deepening the understanding of community education to enhance community education organizations, and explore new avenues such as community education research, focused development model for improving the community education concept of operations.Part VI, summarizes the entire research and discussion.
