Practice Mode. Nonprofit Organization Promoting Community Development Research

In this study, the author takes the service practice of a nonprofit organization in Kunming as an example, uses action research methods from the perspective of community development which takes institutional ethics of nonprofit organizations implement community service as the research point. This paper expounds the nonprofit organizations involved in community service in the process of institutional ethics nonprofit organization and the practical concept - practical action - practice and reflection based on the institutional ethics community development-oriented mode of practice, describes the non-profit organization that promotes community development"social life" picture. Therefore, this study aims to reveal the nonprofit organizations to participate in community service and the practice process extracts complete service mode of practice, for its establishment promotes community development as theoretical basis and participate in service practice legitimacy.The practice mode is discussed in this study that non-profit organizations promotes community development, named the community service. The most significant characteristic of community service is that aims to provide a variety of services to meet the standard community residents'daily needs, in the practical level service object complete welfare for transport process and promote community welfare level, thus promoting community development and social harmony. In action research based on the practice, the author thinks that, from the community service and community development to judge the relationship of the latter, the former as a means or way, the latter as the former purposes or process goals. To promote the welfare of the people from the way is concerned, according to social welfare experts James Mickey and discussed, "the way of the social development and the other difference is that, in order to promote the welfare of the people and tries to put social and economic policies and programs to combine". So, from the practical concept of community service, community development for community service provides a target and aim for community service, also provides new ideas and strategies.The main part of this paper included two sides, one is from system ethics and the perspective of practice concept, discusses the theory basis of profit organization that promotes community development; On the other hand from practical action and practice of reflection angles expounds the nonprofit organization promotes community development process of practice and around the service actual problems existing in the practice that are discussed and analyzed. Finally, this paper summaries a non-profit organization promoting community service of community development mode of practice, and problems such as the relationship between community service and community development. The nonprofit organization promotes the practice of construction of community development mode, conduce to rich the means of development promotes community for non-profit organizations involved in community development process provides theoretical basis and method support for our country to construct the new community, service system provides the theory basis for thinking space and practical operation.
