With the step into 21st Century, information technology gradually permeates through every fields of the society, changing people's life, working styles as well as studying manners. Facing the newest educational environment brought by the network, a class teacher in the new times needs not only to bring the traditional management features into play, but also to construct a new platform which can give judicious guidance according to circumstances, go after profits and avoid disadvantages under the help of network. At present time, the management mode in our country is still very traditional, so both network management theory research and practice are obviously deficient. The research on network management in the class is still at the level of theory research and the related practice is almost blank. This phenomenon is particularly evident in the study of present class management. Although surveys are adequate, the focuses are often laid on some specific problems of the class teacher or the management of class teacher, which do not cover all the three dimensions of family, student and teacher. Therefore, writer stands on the practical survey research, setting some middle school in Shanghai as the target, through large-scale interviews and surveys, to investigate the status quo of class management, to analyze the problems and deficiencies in the management. Through all these, writer will explore the feasibility of network management and summarize a suitable network management for middle school in our city.The class teachers can develop network management according to their own needs, the practical conditions of the school and the local conditions of the school. Network is a double-edged sword. How to use this sword well, how to walk into the heart of the students in the way students like, how to help students successfully finish their study and establish lofty ideals and how to lead students to positive views of life are undoubtedly great challenges and tests to present class teachers.
