《The CCPC and the state council on deepening education reform promoting quality-oriented education decision》says that "health is the youth for the motherland and the people's service the basic premise is the Chinese nation strong vitality embodied. The school education to establish" health first "guiding ideology, strengthen the physical education." This article through experiments, from student's sports study interest, subjective exercise experience and developing students' physical quality aspects, such as study of elementary school sports game teaching mode classroom learning effect, strive for the elementary school physical education curriculum reform to provide the reference.This article chooses the Suzhou Xiangcheng experimental primary school grade four class 153 students for four primary experimental object and random identified 4 (1), 4 (2) for that in comparative classes, 4 (3), 4 (4) for the workshops, By using the methods of documentation, experiment, questionnaires and interviews with experts, statistics and logic analysis, through contrast test, mathematical analysis and summary, it is concluded that the research conclusion: (1) elementary school physical education teaching mode using games not only can improve the students' physical education learning enthusiasm and promote its movement skill grasping, and to cultivate students' good psychological quality and group cooperation of social adaptation ability. (2) educational principle, principle of scientific, pertinence principle and interest.the principle, is the game teaching mode in elementary school physical education in the application principles should be followed. (3) elementary school physical education teaching mode using game of operating procedures are: the choice of games, into gaming ,experience game and evaluation game. (4) the experimental result that, the elementary school physical education using game teaching model can greatly stimulate students' interest in learning about sports, mainly manifested in the student not only increased in participation, and in positive interest and autonomous learning the extent and improved, in addition, the students' negative interest also decreased. (5) from the experimental result that, the elementary school physical education teaching model can use games to improve the students' subjective exercise experience, mainly in increase students' positive well-being index, reduce psychological troubles, reduce fatigue. (6) experimental data shows, the elementary school physical education teaching mode, can use games to improve students' running, jumping, throwing ability.Through research that is as follows: elementary school physical education using game suggested teaching mode should choose the game to a clear teaching purpose; Elementary school physical education teaching mode using game requires full play to the teacher's leading role, Elementary school physical education teaching mode using game should pay attention to interest and educational; combine Elementary school physical education teaching mode using game should strengthen classroom discipline of management and safety education.
