With market competition intensifies, human resources is becoming the first resource of organizational development. How to achieve the organization's goals and improve the performance of staff is a problem for the performance management to be solved. In recent years, the school's administration also increasingly begin to use this emerging concept and method of management applied in enterprise, for which is needed by the school's long strategies, on the other hand, its purpose is promoting the teacher quality.The paper chooses SX School in high-tech zone of Xi'an as the basic object. Based on summaries on the theory of performance management, we analyze the status and existing problem of SX School's performance management. At the same time, considering the practical realities of SX Schools, and introducing the forefront of KPI and BSC theory, we preliminarily design a system of performance management for SX Schools, and also explain the influence on the SX School future development after performance management systems introduced, which can supply some reference to other school on the performance management and determining teacher pay.
