As China's society and economy continuous development, the college students are called for more new requirements. Students not only need a good high professional quality, but also need to have coordination and cooperation ability, noble sentiments and the will, and so tough. Current students in our colleges and universities work hard, but also face many pressures and problems, such as tuition fees pressure, emotional confusion, relationships and future direction of the problem and so on. This paper address the problem to Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory as the theoretical method, the various needs of our college students to analyze and explore the reasons for students needs, and the ideological and political education management needs of the shortcomings of college students Department, for this reason many of the factor analysis to explore the ideological and political education and management should be how to develop, to meet the various needs of students and their needs are met after the developmental characteristics of students.In this paper, the connotation of hierarchy of needs theory, first the content of the theory of hierarchy of needs, features, functions and make elaborate, and then to the Ideological and Political Education management theory-the ideological and political education and management of content, features and functions of the three aspects narrative, then in the article on the need hierarchy theory in the management of university students in the ideological and political feasibility analysis, indicating the need hierarchy theory is the result of the Marxist critique and inheritance is proven scientific theory, is able to use Ideological and political education in the management of work to go. Subsequently, the paper uses data analysis method, the three universities in Shenyang survey of 136 college students and analyzed the results, draw students to the current ideological and political education work attitudes and opinions to come to the current ideological and political education and management of some of the problems exist in the work. Finally, the existing problems, this paper, a logical hierarchy of needs theory use, strengthen and improve ideological and political education of college students managed to survive the specific needs of students from the focus, and establish reasonable auxiliary system; highlight the security needs of the students, to create a good Campus order; respect for the social needs of students, organizing various activities of the stage; to meet the students respect the needs of students working to improve management; emphasis on self-fulfillment needs of students, provide a sound platform for the five aspects of practice.In general, college students as the main training positions, the management of their ideological and political education is from the thinking, learning, life and other parties were cultured in the face of students, encourage students to establish from the noble world, life, values, development become socially useful talents. Rational use of hierarchy of needs theory, strengthen ideological and political education and management, can from the life, safety, social, respect and self-worth on the realization of comprehensive assistance to the students so that students can discard any of the problems is not conducive to personal development, to firmly establish the concept of socialist morality, the hard work, improve personal qualities, contribute to the socialist modernization drive.
