Continuing development of Internet technology and the evolution of educational reform,K12 online education products continue to emerge,and online learning has become a development trend.The pressure to enter high school is increasing,K12 education app is an important media that effectively gathers high-quality teaching resources and is not limited by time and space,and is loved by K12 users and parents.Development of science and technology and diffusion of experience economy,products with emotional significance and emotional experience will be more favored by users,and product design will focus on the emotional needs of the district.The current K12 education app has some problems,such as serious homogenization,cumbersome content and functions,weak emotional experience,etc.This is relatively weak in user experience and learning effects and can not meet the user’s personal needs,it reduces product user satisfaction.Therefore,it is the focus of follow up study of this article how to deeply understand the needs of K12 users and to satisfy the user’s emotional experience and stimulate the potential learning motivation of the user.According to the cognitive law of K12 users’ psychological level,the theory of emotional level obtains users’ psychological needs in different depths,describes app interface requirements from top to bottom layer by layer,and makes the design more clear and comprehensive,so as to meet users’ emotional needs and meet K12 users’ emotional experience.Therefore,it is very important to apply the theory of emotion level in the design and research of the k12 education app.First,learn the theory of emotional hierarchy.Emotional design theory and K12 adopt scientific,objective and quantitative methods to study user needs,improve user experience,summed up the scientific design method,objective,The idea of qualitative and quantitative research of k12 education app based on the emotional hierarchy theory and the idea of quantitative research,and the scientific method of demand structure which clarifies the basic range and method of this paper in the later stage.Based on the theory of emotion level,we combine product survey data,design an outline of interviews,interview semi structured,and acquire primitive data of K12 user’s psychological demand from many directions.Using the scientific demand construction method,namely grounded theory method,and without any reasoning assumptions,the obtained users’ real needs are coded and analyzed layer by layer from bottom to top,and the K12 education app user demand factor evaluation system is constructed.Then,aiming at the lack of objectivity and quantification,the K12 users’ needs are analyzed subjectively and objectively,and the user demand preferences are summarized,Put forward the corresponding product design strategy.Using the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method to quantify the weight of user requirements factors,user preference preferences for K12 education apps,and the design strategy of K12 education app to improve the emotional demand is proposed by combining the user demand preference with the emotional hierarchy theory.Finally,the author designs K12 education question bank answering app by combining the user demand preference and K12 education app design strategy,In order to achieve the purpose of this research,the purpose of this study is to guide K12 educational app design practice by combining theoretical guidance of emotional level with qualitative and quantitative research.
