Research On Guangxi Vocational College Talent Incentive Based On Hierarchy Of Needs Theory ——Taking Guangxi J College As A Case

Higher vocational education shoulders the mission of providing urgently needed high-quality technical talents for regional development and optimizing the structure of higher education.In order to better fulfill the mission of supporting social and economic development and promote the modernization of vocational education,it is urgent for higher vocational colleges to cultivate a group of high-level "double-qualified" teachers who can adapt to the modernization development.And the relevant policies and measures of talent incentive are the key to whether Guangxi higher vocational colleges can attract and introduce excellent talents,retain excellent talents and stimulate talent potential.Taking GUANGXI J College as an example,based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and behavioral motivation theory,from the perspective of human resource motivation and talent demand-oriented,this study analyzes the deficiencies existing in talent treatment,development platform and humanistic care in Guangxi vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of insufficient talent incentive effect in Guangxi higher vocational colleges from the following three aspects: insufficient government investment,mutual influence between economic and social development and higher education development,and insufficient emphasis on talent in colleges and universities.From establishing the fair and reasonable scientific distribution system,improve the staff training and development mechanism,promotion,strengthen the humanistic care,such as performance,career,emotional three dimensions targeted Suggestions and solutions,in order to enhance the higher vocational colleges to attract talent,improve talent cohesion and competitiveness of higher vocational colleges in Guangxi,steady and motivate talents in higher vocational colleges,To assist the high-quality development of higher vocational education in Guangxi,and achieve a win-win situation for the region,universities and talents.
