Education is the problem which related to the improvement of people' quality and our country's prosperous. In the current society, the education is given more and more attention. In recent years, the education reform is raging, further implementation of the new curriculum reform put higher request to teachers, it calling for higher quality of teaching. So we should strengthen and reform teachers'education, and the most urgent task is promoting teachers'professional development.At present, the scholars'research to the influencing factors of teachers'professional development focus on individual factors, school factors, social system factors and social policy factors, and so on. But these have not essentially revealed the basis influencing factor of teachers'development. Family background makes effect to teachers'values, behavior and habits, etc. And then influence teachers' career choice, attitudes to students, job satisfaction, etc, and family background throughout the whole career of teachers. Teachers who are special group play an important role in education reform. They are important factors which affect education and teaching. Their main task is teaching students, in the process of teaching, the interaction between teachers and students is the most frequent. Teacher's demonstration is very important. To a large extent, family background decides teachers'ideas and behavior, and it was reflected in the teaching process all the time. It directly or indirectly influents teachers'development, and then influents teaching quality and teaching process smoothly. Therefore, we focus research on teachers'family background and the influence on teachers'development.This study adopts questionnaire survey method, use SPSS software to statistic status of occupation, education level and social class of teachers'parents. From the perspective of social stratification to analyze the structure of teachers'family background, and according to the data, analyze the characteristics of different types of teacher and the influence of family background to teachers'development, in order to provide basis for teacher education.The paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the preface, mainly describes study background, concerned theories home and abroad, it also elaborate the purpose, significance, methods, and the research path.The second part is the core concept definition and sample profiles. Mainly to define the core concept, and introduces the selection and profiles of sample.The third part is the profiles and differences of family background. According to the existing research, making a reasonable and effective questionnaire, and chose one of elementary school, junior high school ,high school in Jinan city, Liaocheng city and Chiping town, Shandong Province, and make teachers of these for investigation objects. Through the study data, analyze teachers'family background profile, such as parents'career, education level and family's social class, then statistic and compare the difference among different ages, subjects and area teachers.The fourth part is the family background influence on teachers' development. Mainly statistic and analyze the relationship of family background and teachers'career choice, attitudes to students, interpersonal relationship, job satisfaction, leisure life etc, and discusses the influence of family background to teacher group's social status.The fifth part is the conclusion and suggestion. Mainly summarized the conclusion above, and according to these problems, we should put forward five suggestions on the development of teachers.
