| Science technology has more and more effect on socialdevelopment, so it’s the important task of present education todevelop people’s science attainment.Since2001, with the innovation of our country’s basic educationcourse, the center innovation of junior high school’s chemistry is todevelop students’ chemical science attainment.“Chemistry is from life and goes to societyâ€, it shows that chemistryis closely linked to life. The development of students’ chemistryattainment can’t be separated from their daily habitation, but students’daily habitation is decided by their family. For about20years teachingexperience, I found that students’ chemistry score is much related withtheir family background. And then did students’ family backgroundshave effect on the development of their chemistry science attainment?With this question, I put forward the investigation of science attainmentdevelopment between family background and chemistry education.It’s a complicated item to develop students’ science attainment forpresent education field. For this investigation, it’s important thatdifferent students have different science attainment when they face toscience courses, just because of their different social experiencesformed by different family background. I established theoretical modelby consulting reference and teaching chemistry practice. I investigatethe family background’s effects on developing of chemistry attainment,mainly by questionaire, and then by personal interview.The results shows that the parents’ education effect on children’schemistry science development, and father’s effect is more visible thanmother’s. Parents’ attention is the most visible, and mother’s is morevisible. Parents’ career is also related, the students who have moresocial resources or better education have better development in chemistry science if their parents are technicians or managers. Studentsfrom different area have different chemistry science attainment, butnot visible, local students are better than others. Language hasinfluence on chemistry science, data shows that the students who can’tspeak or learn local dialect have more differential chemistry scienceattainment. Family structure is an important element, the students whohave parents have higher score in science value and science sensethan sole parent.In all, studies shows that students’ family background is closelyrelated with chemistry science development, it is effective to developchemistry science attainment by looking for available course resourcesfrom students’ experience and family background. |
