The driving force for this research is the unsatisfactory facts of Pinyin learning efficiency and also the common phenomenon of dyslexia for rural dialect children. As an important part of Chinese learning, Pinyin is the first barrier through Chinese leaning road and will have an effect on the future learning. Just like some research has pointed out that if children in early time are not sensitive to phonology or they don't have clear phonological awareness, they will be more vulnerable to reading difficulties. Not only?cognitive studies on phonetic alphabet of Chinese but also phonological awareness training should be paid much attention in early childhood Pinyin teaching, With the rapid development of information technology and the continual intensification of the educational system reform, modern educational technology has showed huge potential and played an significant role during the process of comprehensive educational modernization. Many rural classrooms have the multimedia teaching environment because of the implementation of Modern Distance Education Project for the Rural Schools(MDEPRS) and this research has made great effort to benefit the classroom teaching and learning from the educational technology angle which will be meaningful for the education fairness and the rural classroom instructional efficiency.This research has chosen hakkas dialect children as the object of study and has designed and developed a set of multimedia resources devoting to the Chinese phonological awareness training based on the study of present condition of Pinyin learning resource and the Pinyin learning difficulties for hakkas dialect children with the method of interview, the questionnaire survey and the focus group discussion .Then we use instructional systematic design technology to integrate the resource into the classroom teaching and learning. Analyzing the date gathering from the experiment, we get the conclusion that:(1)Providing focused phonological awareness training can improve the performance level of dialect children quickly. It may be necessary to offer phonological awareness training to dialect children in their early time, for example the Pinyin learning period.(2)The items of phonological awareness that Pinyin learning can effect is the same, but different Pinyin teaching and learning way will produce different performance results. The experiment training effect has mainly manifested in onset, rhyme and tone, especially in the onset and rhyme.(3)The way that integrating technology enhanced Chinese phonological awareness training into Pinyin instruction has better advanced the pinyin skills of dialect children than the traditional way of Pinyin teaching.(4) The way that integrating technology enhanced Chinese phonological awareness training into Pinyin instruction has a notable impact on the phonological awareness and Pinyin skill of low-performer.
