The Research For Necessity Of Strengthening The Humanities Of College High Level Basketball Players

As the state and national grows more and more prosperous, the age making a progress and developing, Chinese traditional culture meet its renaissance once again. Higher education was given new historical mission to enhance the humanistic quality of students, and this has become the important goals Chinese universities to enhance school quality, to train qualified personnel, to better serve the community. College Athletics Basketball team is an important part of higher education. The cultivation of comprehensive sports talent must be consistent with the direction of personnel training of higher educational institute, the education of physical skills should be closely integrated with humanistic quality. To realize the utility of PE of training students to be comprehensive talent that socially useful and personally responsible for themselves by nurturing students ideologically, intellectually and spiritually, we should not only highlight PE but also humanistic quality.This article summarized and concluded the concept of humanistic qualities by ways of literature, interviews, logical analysis, and comparative analysis."humanistic qualities"of students mainly refers to the relatively stable personality, temperament, by training students through continuous learning and accumulation of knowledge of literature,history,philosophy, art, sociology and traditional Chinese Guoxue. Specifically involved with the noble sentiments of patriotism, Value orientation that in line with a"harmonious socialist", self-improvement of the innovation and initiative, the introverted sense of implication, and the following of the traditional intellectuals Creed of"self-cultivation, regulating the family, ruling the state and the world". This article hold the opinion that the course of College Basketball team members enhancing humanistic qualities is the same course of quantitative change of knowledge accumulation, which could lead to qualitative change of their own culture; point out that as the deviation of the admissions policy, physical education failure, and the negative impact of the market economy, contemporary college students in high level basketball players generally lack of humanistic qualities, such as lack of human knowledge, moral blur, vulgar aesthetic taste, lack of philosophical thinking, weak humanism spirit and so on. Therefore, strengthening high-level basketball players'humanistic qualities has become an important topic in college and has great significance. It is the inherent requirement of PE talents-training in college, the key measure to promote the development of students, the important means of improve professional level, the essential way of nurturing the moral integrity and ability of students, at the same time, it is also an urgent need of the National Fitness Program and the basis for the development of the socialist sports projects. At the end of this article, related strategies of strengthening humanistic qualities of high level basketball players were presented. Firstly, to update the concept of physical education, particularly clear the nature of physical education in the humanities, adhere to the thought of operating school in a student-oriented way, establish education goals of promoting students development in a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable way. Secondly, to reform the professional training model, clear the objectives humanistic education, adjust the professional curriculum, and teach in a humanistic way. At last but not the least, strengthen the construction of campus culture and humanistic spirit, rich cultural activities after school, improve school standards, and enhance the humanities to infiltrate all aspects of campus culture.
