Sanda coach is one of the factors that affects the result of the game in our province; therefore, the study of the coach is of great theoretical and practical significance. Based on data method, investigation method, and mathematical method and so on, this research carries on the investigation and the analysis to the present situation of Sanda coach in Hebei Province and draws the following conclusion:1 The age structure of the coach in our city team is basically reasonable, while that of the province coach and the hall school coach is unreasonable; Our province coach does not have high school record ; The professional title structure of the province team and the city team coach title structure is reasonable, while that of the hall school coach is unreasonable; The teaching age structure of the province team and the city team is reasonable, while that of the hall school is unreasonable; the sport rank of the province team is high, while the city team and hall school is basically reasonable; The source, the knowledge structure ,and the ability structure is unreasonable.2 The majority of the province coach is not satisfactory to present's job; The majority of the province team coach and the city team coach has correct motivation while the hall school coach has various choice; More than 50% coaches does not have high dedication to work and the sense of responsibility.3 The lack of scientific selection knowledge and systematic selection pattern and the indicator system is the main problem which the selection faces. The province team coach works out the training plan completely, the city team works out 90%, and the hall school coach does not work out the training plan very well. The overwhelming majority coach does not formulate systematic and complete training plan.4 Sanda coach does not often utilize the psychology method in their training. After the training, the restoration is good except unitary content. The coach does not take the intelligent training to be seriously.5 Sanda coach in our province pays great attention on on-the-job training and the continuing education, but they do not often participate in it. On-the-job training cannot satisfy all levels of coach, and many of them value form but neglect content.6 The selection of coach is quite unitary; The inspection of coach is considered to be good; The basis of rewards and punishment of the province team and the city team coach depends on team's competition result, while the hall school coach depends on their work attitude.In view of the present situation, this research proposes: Improve the method of coach selection thus optimize our province coach structure; Reform coach appointment system to arouses coach's enthusiasm; Improve coach's examining and assessment system, formulate reasonable reward policy, and form good competition atmosphere; Strengthen the management on the coach's sense of responsibility and their dedication to work, together with their scientific research ability and the fundamental research discussion; Enhance the coach's treatment, expand the fund's channel; Increase on-the-job training, explore the training form positively and consummate the training content.
