Study About The Development Of Sport Club In University In Shandong Province

Along with the deepening of the reform to higher education and development of education reform,the reform of PE in college have established new ideas under the guidance of "health first" thinking,gradually emerging into a new teaching model from the traditional teaching model,which accord with physical and mental characteristic and physical health of contemporary university students.In recent years,the teaching mode of college sports club is quietly rising,which learned the ideas of PE from developed Western countries,and combine Chinese state of nation,and it has been accepted and liked by the contemporary college students.But the investigation showed that the sports clubs in current college have many problems,because it is different from ordinary amateur clubs and professional clubs.It has important practical and theoretical significance to discuss the problem about the form and item of creation, the state of operation and the affect about lifelong sports concept of the College students.The paper selected College Sports Club in Shandong Province as the research object and investigated and analysed its current state in order to explore the prospects of development about the sports club in Chinese university and provide a theoretical basis,based'on the number and the complex state and representative character of university in Shandong Province.This paper used the methods of documentation survey,interviews, statistics,and choosed the sports club as a major research object in 13 universities which include Shandong University,Ocean University of China,China University of Petroleum,Shandong Normal University, Shandong Medical University,Jinan University,Qingdao University,the University of Ludong,Weifang College,Liaocheng University,College of Linyi,Zaozhuang College,Binzhou College.The main targets of investigation include the teachersand the leaders who are responsible for PE and students in the university.The survey began from February and finished in July in 2007 at the foundation on designing the questionnaires which aim at the problem about the purpose and nature,the development process,the number,the form,the operation of the club and the number of students,the students motive who participate in sports clubs and so on.The survey issued 1060 questionnaires to students in universities and recovered 1042 questionnaires,1012 questionnaires were valid and the efficient is 95.47%,which issued 80 questionnaires to teachers and recovered 80,78 questionnaires among them is valid,and the efficient is 97.5%.The author evade the former concept of university sport club and reasonably classify the sport club in the university on the foundation of using previous studies for reference,and think that the old model of competition is unable to meet the demand students by investigation and PE teaching and competition experience.By trying to organize sport competitions,to rich culture of PE in university.After one year 's exploration,the author summarize a new model of sport competition and provide a reference for the development of sport club and sport competition model in university in Shandong Province.
