| With the deepening reform of the course, in order to adapt to the new English curriculum standards, to improve the classroom efficiency in 45 minutes, to carry the burden and to realize the sustainable development education, teaching research must be done. In recent years, with the help of advantage of educational township in teaching practice, educational circles in Taizhou gradually figure out an applicable, operational and effective teaching mode which is called"the teachers and students in classroom double subjects".They try to carry it out in the whole city. But in the original stage, different people have different ideas. Some teachers don't believe this mode can both inherit the essence of traditional teaching and solve many problems in traditional teaching. At present, the mode is still at the experimental stage of exploration and correction. They doubt whether it really can both implement the spirit of new curriculum reform and improve the efficiency. Part of schools and teachers in Taizhou even refuse to try it out. They just keep looking. But the subjectivity of classroom teaching become a problem that the most education workers in Taizhou concern. So we decide to do the research in Taizhou Experimental Middle School and attempt to use the basic concept of the new curriculum standard, to investigate and to describe the middle school English classroom teaching situation of main body participation in Taizhou region. We hope to understand the achievement of reform and find out the main problems that still exist, then to put forward the countermeasures and promote reform smoothly. We hope the research that we are doing can be helpful to the smooth implementation of the new curriculum. We also hope it can promote the quality education in Taizhou region further. |
