The Research On The Concept And Content Of Gymnastic

China's scholars have never ceased to explore the theory of gymnastics, but have failed to break the tradition of the old theory; the theory has always been followed at every level, not at the actual development time's gymnastics. In recent years, gymnastics and theoretical circles in the gym "concept, content and classification," on the dispute, but has not come to make everyone satisfied with the research results.Gymnastics career development very rapidly, there are many new forms of movement have emerged, but in theory, the study still using the original terms and concepts which have been applied to the development and expansion up new content. From a scientific point of view, a term should have a certain meaning, if available large, may be small, it was not accurate, are not conducive to the development. Clearly defined the concept of gymnastics and strictly using the appropriate words is the first condition for scientific research for the gymnastics, but also the objective needs of gymnastics career development. Therefore, new concepts must be established to meet the needs of the development of the practice.In this paper, the Marxist dialectical thinking, using literature method, questionnaire survey, interviews, comparative analysis, to break the traditional theory of gymnastics, from the theoretical determination of the concept of gymnastics and gymnastics to sort out the contents of the original Gymnastics content re-positioning itself to adapt to the future development of gymnastics.
