Organizing Culture is important for organizing business activities, improving organization quality and managing levels. School, as a place of nurturing talents, is a garden for realizing educating dreams. The organizing culture of school is the result of the interaction between the inner side of school and its external side, which influences the performance of the school members. Teachers as a major part of school members who have great impact on the development of a school will be greatly influenced by the organizing culture of a school. The degree of confirmation of teachers towards their school and the dedication they would like to give to their school will vary greatly due to different organizing cultures.Through a research on organizing culture of schools, this thesis tries to find out the existing problems. Meanwhile, through certain cases, the author hopes to prove the influence of learning–oriented school organizing culture upon teachers and seek out the essential managing tool for improving school management and managing efficiency. The thesis will eventually outline the basic framework and strategy of learning–oriented school organizing culture, which will be helpful for exploiting teachers'potential, forming an excellent learning group for teachers, improving teaching levels, stimulating the development of both teachers and students, and promote the consistent development of the school.The outline of the thesis is as follows,Chapter I Introduction. This chapter analyzes the goal and meaning of this study , illustrates the related studies, and describes the study subject, study methods and structure of the thesis. Chapter II Elaboration on learning-oriented school organizing culture and teacher's professional development. Starting from describing learning–oriented school, chapter II emphasizes on the essence and characteristics of the organizing culture of learning–oriented school, and points out the problems of school's organizing culture. Meanwhile, taking into consideration of the trend of teacher's professional development, this chapter describes the interaction between school organizing culture and teacher's professional development.Chapter III The Suggested framework of learning-oriented school organizing culture . Through the illustration of the theory of organizing culture of learning–oriented school, this chapter hopes to provide some suggestions for teachers.Chapter IV Reflections upon establishing organizing culture of learning–oriented school. Chapter IV talks about from the detachment of school organizing culture and teacher's professional development, and then, provides some strategic recommendations for constructing a learning–oriented school organizing culture that are beneficial for teachers'development by some cases.
