The rapid development of information technology have changed people's lifestyles and learning concepts. The web has use for creating and supporting learning activities. And teaching has been from an emphasis on individual thinking to the social construction of knowledge. Creating a community in Web-based for supporting learners is one strategy that has been recommended. But Network Learning Community doesn't completely replace the traditional teaching. The designer of courses can have the goal of creating a learning community. But may not have a clear idea of how to make e-learning Community combine of traditional courses.This text introduces the theoretical foundation of the network learning community, and explains its concept at first. Secondly, in-depth analysis of curriculum-based e-learning community features, and contains its formation, learning objectives, membership, roles, cycle, etc. On the basis of its characteristics, this text summarizes the activities of this learning community patterns. The patterns contain two environments. This text analyses the development of relations between the two environments. With the patterns the text consider this kinds of learning community design strategies, including evaluation strategies, theme lead strategies, management strategies, activities organizational strategies, emotional strategies.
