| In recent years,China’s online education market has developed rapidly.In the process of development,opportunities and challenges always coexist.The challenge is that with the rapid and continuous development of the online course platform,it also faces problems that need to be solved.The online education platform improves the quality of products and services,attracts more learners,and whether learners accept paying for courses on the online education platform becomes an important condition for the survival of the online education platform.Issues related to the production techniques and production principles of online courses in previous studies have been widely discussed,but their subjects are often insufficiently commercialized.Questions such as what kind of commercial online courses are more popular with learners and what factors affect the learner’s pay-per-view behavior have not yet been effectively answered.On the one hand,this paper analyzes the influence factors of online course popularity from four aspects: product connotation,combination(brand),packaging and service.On the other hand,this paper discusses the behavior of learner’s payment and analyzes the influencing factors of learner’s behavior for commercial online courses.Different from the previous methods of obtaining samples based on questionnaire survey and interview survey,this paper takes Tencent classroom as an example,uses more objective online measurement method and online reptile technology to obtain samples,and makes statistical analysis of online courses in Tencent classroom.The data quantity,randomness and objectivity of the sample are guaranteed to the maximum extent.Using natural language processing techniques,including text segmentation,text classification,etc.,the model is established with statistical methods such as correlation coefficient,regression,and stability test.The results show that practical course content,expressive teacher,clear and direct course name and thoughtful and meticulous course service can enhance the learner’s tendency to praise the course.The authority of the starting institution,the simple name of the course,the higher price of the fine course,and the good course service will significantly promote the learner’s paying behavior;In particular,the non-linear relationship between course name and course price on course income indicates that simple course name and higher course price will double the increase in course income.These conclusions provide an important reference for the construction of commercial online courses. |
