The process of building a socialist harmonious society is a constant balancing of interests, and dealing the various interests between all kinds of the contradictions. The reason why we advocate harmonious society is that there are still many factors of disharmony in modern society. China is in the period of social transformation. Social problems and contradictions are becoming increasingly prominent. The existence of these problems and contradictions is due to the injustice and disharmony of social distribution of interests. The profound meaning of the six areas, which are fairness, justice, honesty, vitality, stability and order and the harmonious development of man and nature in socialist harmonious society depend on the interests of co-ordinate all aspects of relationships. We can't fundamentally eliminate the root causes of social unrest and truly enter into a harmonious social status unless achieve the harmonious of benefits.The first part: Coordination of interests is the key to building a socialist harmonious society. In order to coordinate the relationship of the main interests and reflect fairness and justice, it should resolve real social contradictions to promote a harmonious society. It should rely to the guidance of scientific outlook on development to establish the basic concept of social development outcomes by social members, to build a new socialist countryside as the basis, effectively to raise the income level of farmers, to increase regulation of the distribution of income, to set up a reasonable pattern of income distribution as well as the bottom line based on the principle of equity and to improve the social security system. Thirdly, in order to establish a sound relationship between the interests of coordination mechanisms, it should promote the level of a harmonious society from the institutional innovation, including the establishment of a sound guide mechanism to realize the coordination of the distribution between the main interests and to build a correct concept of interests; the establishment and improvement mechanisms of expression for different stakeholders to express their interests; the establishment and perfect of the constraints mechanism, with the dual legal and moral constraints to provide a fair and equitable social environment; the establishment and improvement of the adjustment mechanism, taking into account different regions and different sectors, different aspects of the interests of members of society; Fourthly, our government plays the leading role to promote building a harmonious society from national macro-control. It should play a leading role in the transitional stage of conception changes to achieve government open and transparent; to expand political participation; to reform the administrative system; to transform government functions, and continuously to improve the government's scope and quality of public services.
