The Coordination Of The Interests' Contradiction And The Construction Of Harmonious Society

The interest issue is one of fundamental issues about mankind's survival and development. Since man came into being, the interest issue is always a focus that is paid more attention to. Marx said that people fight for interests, pursuing interests formed motives, as the reason of a practice activities. In this sense, any social changes are in order to adjust and integrate the relationship of interests between people, to promote and facilitate the development of social production, to meet the people's material and cultural interests. Every society has to coordinate the contradiction of interests. China is now in the primary stage of socialism and the special interests pattern and the special problems faced by decides that the coordination of the interest' contradiction has special significance. We must correctly understand and handle various social contradictions, know how to balance the relations among different interests, overcome difficulties and go on improving their ability of the construction of the harmonious society. We should know that in terms of building the harmonious society's profound background, or from its basic characteristic analysis, there exists an inevitable relation between the coordination of interest's contradictions and the construction of the harmonious society. It is an unavoidable question during the construction of the harmonious society.According to the standpoint of historical materialism and using the Marxist analytical method of interests, the article explains the connotation of interests, the contradiction of interests and the basic characteristics of harmonious society, analyzes the interests' contradictions in the primary stage of socialism and various reason why the interests' contradictions exists. And then the article analyzes the probability to harmonize the contradiction of interests. Finally, the article puts forwards to use different means to coordinate the contradiction of interests, that is, economic and legal methods, and administrative means, means of moral and psychological means.
